Many time I have received in my email id and whats up a message from my relatives, friends and my benevolent that Do not drink Appy Fizz. It contains Cancer causing agent. But no one explain why, when, how much quantity or otherwise. Because each coin has pros and cons hence I start analysis as I also like more and more Appy Fizz. First I asked from my familiar Doctors (Homeopathy, Allopathy as well as Aurvedik)

Doctors states that Appy Fizz is fruit juice prepared from Apple and it is safe. Till date, there is no proof of any such laboratory tests or scientific studies done to support this claim, the message came from nowhere. However in following exceptional situation not only appy fizz but any fruit juices are dangerous for health-

1. If useful life of juice has been expired.

2. Juice prepared by using unusable fruits.

3. Adulterated Appy Fizz purchased from market.

4. Daily limited crossed that is daily taking more than 500 ML.
5. If taking in a empty stomach
6. Appy Fizz is a sugary beverage with 1.9% Apple juice concentration. This is only demerit in APPY juice can for many and especially for diabetics patient is that it contains very high amount of Sugar. It contains around 212 gm of Sugar in just 160 ML of the beverage. As you are not a diabetics patient please go ahead and drink  if you are thirsty.

I had fully satisfied with Doctors answer but not stop my work here and start searching on internet and found that many of the web site analyze and explain about this issue. I have checked many website and all website states that Appy fizz is safe for health.

I have also discuss this message with my friends and comes to know that generally competitors companies are bringing and publishing this types of messages to create panic among the people, and people change their test and searching herbal (Ayurvedic) etc.

 Appy Fizz is an apple juice which is carbonated along with water, and it contains some preservatives and coloring agents, which most fruit drink products have. Below is the list of Appy Fizz ingredients these all approved:

• Water
• Reconstituted Apple Juice
• CO2
• Sugar
• Malic Acid
• Citric Acid
• Permitted (Class II) Preservatives (E211, E224)
• Ascorbic Acid

Above ingredients are common and generally used in most of the fruit juice and these are not harmful to health if use in limit.

Therefore, these messages claiming Appy Fizz contains cancer causing agent is a kind of Joke. This is a fake message and it is not required to trust on this types of fake message.
